Our firm handles uncontested, no-fault
divorces for residents of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania. We file our divorces in Potter
County, Pennsylvania where the filing fees for
divorce are the lowest in the state, which
in turn allows us to offer a low flat rate for
your divorce. We prefer to file in Potter
County, however, we will file in the county
in which you live. Filing outside of Potter
County will incur additional Attorney's
Fees as well as Court Costs which will vary
by county.
